KEAM 2023: Second phase Allotment to Engineering & Architecture Courese
Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has issued the detailed Notification related to the second phase of the Centralised Allotment to Engineering & Architecture Courses-2023.
Candidates who had got allotment in the First Phase Allotment were directed to remit fees latest by 3 pm on 04.08.2023, to accept the allotment. The activities related to the Second Phase allotment started on 04.08.2023.
Candidates who got allotment and remitted the required fee and candidates who have not got any allotment in the first phase have to make online option confirmation if they want their higher options in Engineering courses to be considered in the second phase of allotment. For this, candidates should log into their Home Page at www.cee.kerala.gov.in and confirm their options by clicking the ‘confirm’ button available there.
After Online Option Confirmation, candidates can re-arrange their higher options or delete the unwanted options and also register fresh options to the newly added Courses/Colleges, up to 4 pm on 08.08.2023 through www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates can register options to the newly included Self-financing Engineering Colleges/Courses and Govt./Aided Autonomous/Self Financing Architecture Colleges given in the Annexure to the Notification at the website.
Those candidates who have not registered options in the first phase allotment can register options to the newly included Engineering Courses.
Those who do not confirm their options online will not be considered for the second phase allotment. Their higher options in engineering stream will not be available in the subsequent phases. If the candidate does not confirm his/ her options, the existing allotment as per the first phase allotment shall be retained, if he/she had paid the token fee as mentioned in the Allotment Memo.
Online Option Confirmation is mandatory for being considered in the second phase of allotment for both candidates allotted with a course in the first phase and those who have not received any allotment in the first phase. Those candidates who have not remitted the fee on or before the date prescribed for the same will lose their allotment as well as all the existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs irrespective of the option confirmation.
Candidates who are qualified for admission to Architecture Course 2023 and included in the B.Arch Rank List can register options in this phase. Option Registration Fee prescribed in the notification dated 20.07.2023 will be applicable.
Those who got an allotment in the First Phase will lose the first phase allotment if they get an allotment through second phase and such candidates shall have to join the newly allotted college/course. Hence, candidates shall take utmost care while registering newly included courses.
Second Phase Provisional Allotment will be published on 10.08.2023. Final Second Phase Allotment will be published on 11.08.2023. Candidates who got allotment in the second phase shall have to physically join the allotted colleges by paying the fees applicable, during 14.08.2023 and 3 pm on 19.08.2023.
